OUR CLIENT IS ONE OF THE LEADING PLAYERS IN THE MEDICAL INDUSTRY. DUE TO BUSINESS NEEDS, THEY ARE NOW RECRUITING A PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR TO BE PART OF THEIR TEAM FOR ONGOING TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE WEST.

Duties

• Lead and manage the production team in line with company policies and standards.
• Ensure employee discipline and resolve work-related issues.
• Drive productivity and quality goals while maintaining efficient resource utilization.
• Conduct manpower planning to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Facilitate employee training and development.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in production.
• Comfortable with 12 hour shift
