Description:

BIMM is booming, so we’re looking for an experienced Production Support Engineer (on contract until December 20, 2024 with potential to extend to permanent) to join our team!

Our Technology department is a 30+ person distributed team of Developers, QA, and Architects delivering amazing digital products on a leading-edge technology stack.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ year experience in Full stack role
  • 3 -5 years of working knowledge with modern frameworks and languages (React.js preferably)
  • Strong HTML, CSS, Javascript, Typescript skills
  • 2-3 years of working knowledge on backend (NodeJS & GraphQL preferred)
  • Exceptional troubleshooting, triaging and testing skills on Front End (Devices, Browsers) as well integrations testing (postman, curl), and conducting root cause analysis
  • Comfortable in the command line (e.g. Linux, Windows, or Mac)
  • Experienced with AWS, GCP Cloud log management systems
  • Able to work collaboratively across multiple development teams to resolve issues, communicate with lines of business and management on the overall status and health of application
  • Be the first point of contact for production issues, support request and alerts
  • You can demonstrate experience from at least one large scale project
  • Able to rapidly pick up new concepts and technologies
