Production Support Specialist
12 months engagement
Location: Hybrid working, Sydney CBD
Start Date: Immediate
Global business seek a talented and motivated Production Support Specialist to support them on a 12 months engagement in Sydney.
Responsibilities:
As an experienced Production Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Level 3 support for production related issues
- Supporting Vulnerability Management and Obsolescence
- Change management and release management
- Liaising with both internal and external teams
Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with production / application support
- Excellent understanding and experience of ITIL V3 or V4
- Knowledge of production responsibilities within a large institution
Responsibilities:
