Description:
A Production Team Lead job in Sacramento, CA is available at Milgard Windows and Doors. You must have prior manufacturing experience leading a team. The hourly compensation range is between $28.00 to $34.50, depending on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior supervisory experience mentoring and motivating a team of individuals
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Kaizen experience preferred
- Compute basic math equations and accurately read a tape measure
- High-level of Mechanical Aptitude
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Pivot table experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
Responsibilities:
- Oversee departmental activities per standard operating procedures.
- Work with the Supervisor in the assignment and supervision of personnel to always achieve an efficient operation.
- Assist the Shift Supervisor to see that all manufacturing orders are followed through properly to completion and are filled out properly prior to turning in.
- Assists personnel in analyzing and correcting problems encountered in job assignments to perform work according to standard operating procedures.
- Provide orderly and efficient changeover to the next shift.
- Demonstrate Milgard’s Core Values in all business interactions.
- Support training and development of team members.
- Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment.
