Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Production Team Leader, you will oversee the operations and administration of our Building 2 manufacturing area, ensuring seamless 24/7 production. You will be responsible for meeting production targets, maintaining compliance with cGMP and EHS standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role includes line responsibility for a team of up to 10 operators and requires effective resource scheduling and equipment management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Management: Oversee manufacturing activities to ensure product is manufactured, tested, and released according to schedule. Utilize resources fully and manage production schedules using SAP and BMRAM.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure all operators are compliant with mandatory training, have the necessary PPE, and adhere to EHS guidelines. Maintain audit readiness for equipment and personnel.
Documentation and Quality: Manage batch documentation, investigate quality events, and support root cause analysis. Ensure SOPs and MMIs are up to date and compliant with cGMP and EHS standards.
Continuous Improvement: Coach team members in problem-solving and continuous improvement techniques. Lead and participate in improvement projects to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of operators, identify training needs, and ensure the team has the skills and knowledge to meet production targets. Use the company appraisal system to manage staff performance.
