An international company active in the chemical industry in Liège is looking for a Production Team Leader. In this role you will organise and manage large production teams to achieve the quantity and quality targets required.

In this position as Production Team Leader, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Planning the production and ensuring the follow-up of projects implementations
• Managing the human resources and raw materials
• Ensuring the training and integration of new colleagues
• Ensuring the compliance with QHSE instructions
• Report, analyse and present production results
• Coordinate and assist the team of technicians.

About you:

• You have a master’s degree in either Civil or Industrial engineering with a focus on chemistry or food
• You have preferably a previous experience in food or chemical sector
• You have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• You have a previous experience in team management
• You have experience in quality and security
• You are fluent in French and English.
