ROTATING 3 SHIFTS SCHEDULE AFTER TRAINING

• 1st shift: 0815 hrs - 1630 hrs
• 2nd shift: 1615 hrs - 0030 hrs3rd shift: 0015 hrs - 0830 hrs

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify raw material on packing and understand the importance of first-in-firstout in quality assurance.
• Feed-in of raw material or recycle product by operating hoist safely.
• Perform in-process quality checks by timely collection of the appropriate samples and checking using QC lab equipment.
• Accurate data entry of all material movements / in process sample inspection results in hardcopy and digital production records.
• Ensure Technician’s work completion in accordance with all requirements that quality and output is met.
• Check and inspect production machinery or equipment. 
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and carry out basic repair timely.
• Operate forklift to retrieve raw material and stack product from and into the warehouse floor respectively.
• Ensure that all production activities are carried out in accordance with Work Instruction (WI).
• Maintain good housekeeping of the production area.
• Adhere to Safety procedure and regulations.  Awareness on product quality requirement
• Awareness of company management systems such as ISO 9001, 14001 etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level / O Levels or Nitec
• Have the capability to lift heavy objects < 25kgOn the Job Training will be provided
