Description:
ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION
- Implementation of operator-related maintenance.
- Continuously work with improvements and optimization of production processes.
- Development of routines and instructions.
- Train factory operators in case of production changes.
- Participate in innovation-driven product projects and test runs in production.
- Coordination of maintenance activities and participation in their planning.
- Collaborate with maintenance managers in the development of maintenance plans.
- Development of investment proposals and running production improvement projects.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Good communication skills, self-motivated – a doer.
- Experience in using LEAN and CAD.
