Production Technician

Here at Lentus Composites we are looking for Production Technicians to join our amazing team.
Our Production Technicians/Operatives work on projects that truly make a difference, working in creatively minded teams influencing projects as they move from design to manufacture.
In this specific role, you will be contributing to the introduction of an exciting new product line and be a key part in developing our capability from low volume to high volume production over the next year. You will be engaging with state-of-the-art composite manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest level of diligence and quality, for a safety critical application. There will be wide variety within this role and you will be expected to support all elements of the production requirements, from composite manufacture, testing and assembly, with room for growth and development as the production volumes increase. We are also looking for people who will contribute to improving our processes, and working with the Engineering, Production and Quality teams to implement continuous improvements.
