Production Technician

at  MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES ENGINE SYSTEM ASIA PTE LTD

REQUIREMENTS:

• Nitec, or any certificate in Mechanical, Electrical equivalent.
• Possess Metal work place safety health and environmental knowledge.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in machinery assembly or generator testing, gas engine.
• Understanding in diesel engine/ gas engine, generator, wiring is advantageous.
• Warehousing activities such as receiving, storage, stock counting, item picking and issue is advantageous.
• Proactive and good teamwork.
• Able to communicate with function and levels.
• Willing to work night shift; overtime especially on weekends and public holidays.

1. Generator set process

• Carry out assembly process of generator sets for assembly, wiring, painting, and electrical testing
• Lifting generator sets parts and component.
• Day to day continuous improvement such as Kaizen, PDCA.

1. Production facility and jigs

• Daily inspection and health check of machinery and equipment before usage.
• Carry out maintenance of the machinery such as receiver.

1. Workplace safety and housekeeping

• Abide workplace safety rules and requirements.
• Maintain work place housekeeping, cleanliness, and tidiness.
