POSITION SUMMARY

  • G95 Helpers are required to work the shift rotation associated with the Crew and shift assigned.
  • The work is fast paced, physical, and is done in a HIGH HAZARD industrial manufacturing setting. Fitness and “A Questioning Attitude towards Safety and Process Requirements at all Times”.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 2 years’ forklift or liftruck experience within the past 5 years (must be comfortable on lift trucks ranging from 10,000 to 17,000 LBS with 8-foot forks, moving wide loads safely, and the ability to stack material according to procedure).
  • Ability to pass a Mechanical Aptitude test, as this position will graduate into a Machine Operator (must be comfortable using hand tools).
  • Ability to pass Criminal Background Check and Drug and Alcohol Screening.
  • Ability to work outside in yard when moving finished goods to location, using Heated Liftrucks.
  • Ability to comprehend and adhere to specification instructions to properly pack finished goods according to customer requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, organized and the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who is willing to take direction from Machine Operators.
  • Experience with overhead crane is considered an asset.
  • Skilled in oral and written English communication.
  • Must have steel-toed safety boots with non-slip sole.
  • Warehouse work (i.e. lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, squatting, climbing.

POSITION SUMMARY

  • G95 Helpers are required to work the shift rotation associated with the Crew and shift assigned.
  • The work is fast paced, physical, and is done in a HIGH HAZARD industrial manufacturing setting. Fitness and “A Questioning Attitude towards Safety and Process Requirements at all Times”.

Responsibilities:

  • Previous manufacturing experience in an industrial environment, including continuous metal strapping of finished goods using a pneumatic tool to secure finished goods to Customer Requirements.
  • Operation of a forklift
  • Operation of Overhead Crane to load machine payoffs Assisting Machine Operators during changeovers.
  • Production department housekeeping (i.e. sweeping, machine cleaning, shoveling, painting, salting, and vacuuming, etc.).
