JOB DESCRIPTION

• Industry/ Organization Type: Chemical Distributor
• Position Title: Production Operator
• Working Location: West – Tuas (Company bus provided at CCK, Boon Lay, Pioneer)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 8 am - 5.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic SGD 1400 + OT Pay + AWS + Performance Bonus + Yearly increment
• Duration: Permanent

• Perform and abide by the QHSE System procedure layout.
• Conduct product blending, packaging & RFID printing process.
• Feedback to the Production Supervisor or Production Manager of any problems which may be detrimental to the quality / quantity of the product.
• Perform additional RFID printing off-line process in Production.
• Ensure material is stored according to the quality procedure, SOP and work instructions at clearly defined location.
• Stock-take with MI Coordinator on raw material weekly.
• Cycle Count with MI Coordinator on all items monthly.
• Conduct yearly cycle count inventory in charge by MI.
• Picking raw materials (esp. drums) from the warehouse to the Production floor daily.
• Conduct tank filling and flashing process.
• Conduct raw material weighing.
• Conduct housekeeping inside and outside of the Production floor.
