JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Strategic Contracting Team operates in a fast-paced dynamic environment, working with product and sales teams. We are currently transforming our business to leverage leading edge technology for contract management. We are looking for experienced contract managers that want to be a part of a transformational journey and get hands-on knowledge of best class tools.
The Contract Manager will manage the movement of client drafts, including schedule meetings, coordinating, and drafting content while handling multiple contracts simultaneously.

The Contract Management is responsible for supporting the contracting process including but not limited to:

  • Review and revisions, negotiation and contract management for higher volume and lower to medium complexity deals.
  • In addition, this position will ensure execution of the contracts in accordance with CoreLogic legal requirements, corporate policies, and governance.
  • Oversee the workflow of preparing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents on behalf of the enterprise.
  • Participation on special projects including, but not limited to testing of Salesforce tools and improvement of its use during the contracts workflow.
  • Develop, optimize and implement contracts processes and standards, including receiving the request, determining appropriate parties to involve, gathering information, coordinating with other functional and operational business units, communicating with client’s legal representatives, and finalizing documents through final execution.
  • Partner with senior team members to provide recommendations of contract obligations, deficiencies commitments and performance for company management.
  • Track contract renewal notice dates. Revise documents to conform to CoreLogic requirements, liaising with company attorneys on more complex drafting.
  • Negotiate contracts with third parties under supervision, focusing on lower complexity deals for selected customer segments in the organization.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal customers/stakeholders to effectively understand needs, capabilities, and to effectively and efficiently complete document requests.
  • Establish strong partnerships within the department and with the various business unit stakeholders while representing the interest of CoreLogic.
  • Organize, maintain and electronically track all contracts and related documents. Ensure proper process for tracking renewal notice dates.
  • Prepare and distribute reports and statistical data to facilitate planning and maintenance of accurate contract records and files.
  • Follow department policies and procedures, and work within established guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with CoreLogic policies, processes, and practices.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Min. of 1-3 years of previous experience with proposal management and/or proposal coordination (commercial and federal, state, and local government proposal experience.
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle sensitive, complex, and confidential information carefully and discreetly
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Computer software skills (MS Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Sharepoint)
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Salesforce, Conga composer and Loopio experience highly appreciated
  • Ability to handle high-pressure scenarios and working under deadlines
