Job Title: Professional Development Projects Specialist
Salary: £27,900 - £36,300
Location: Cambridge, Hybrid
Contract: Fixed Term (12 Months), Full Time - 35 hours per week

ABOUT YOU

You will draw on your previous experience to support the development of creative and innovative approaches to face-to-face and online training programmes, based on best practice and the latest research findings. You will be confident in presenting to a wide range of audiences, showing sensitivity to their needs, and learning ambitions. You will develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external partners to develop and deliver key learning projects.
You will contribute to this role with your passion and enthusiasm for the professional development of products and programmes in educational assessment that have long-lasting positive influence on professional practice. You will have a keen eye for detail, using a range of 21st century skills to ensure an optimal learning experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Professional Development Projects Specialist in the Cambridge Assessment Network, you will have a business-critical role in managing and administering key projects related to the development and delivery of our high-quality course portfolio.
  • You will have a crucial role in the administration, delivery, and evaluation of a suite of professional development products and services in the field of educational assessment.
  • You will take responsibility for the development and management of a product portfolio including a programme of live workshops, and bespoke training. You will work closely with Cambridge colleagues and external consultants to support content development and administrating and moderating live training sessions.
  • You will also utilise your IT skills working with our digital team to ensure the highest quality experience for course participants. For example, you will gather course feedback and implement improvements based on your findings.
  • You will contribute to securing the Assessment Network’s status as a world-leading professional development organisation, ensuring delivery of the highest standards and impact. You will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in managing professional development projects, such as the development of new products and services, and conducting impact research.
