Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL…
Lead Generation
- Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels including social, retargeting, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
- Identify marketing performance issues and undertake root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Communicate complex analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
- Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovations.
- Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.
Community Building and Engagement
- Be the community marketing strategist to lead and develop the professional (B2B) influencer marketing strategy.
- Design an influencer program that enrols, engages and enables KOLs to collaborate on social media outreach.
- Collaborate with KOLs to develop engaging and relevant content for both owned and earned channels, be it website, social media, or other marketing campaigns.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED …
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in social media platforms and influencer marketing, social media planning and community engagement.
- Strong understanding of digital and social media landscapes, including regional channel management, community engagement, governance, crisis communications, performance marketing, and measurement.
- In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Meta ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.
- Deep understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized.
- Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
- Experience in influencer management, preferably B2B.
- Innovative and creative – continually looking to demonstrate and drive improvement to improve commercial outcomes.
- Self-driven & results oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
