The position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga, Ontario office with the opportunity to work 3 days remotely per week. Ingram Micro is situated in a multi-story building equipped with accessibility features for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing customers day to day and informing them of new product/service introductions and prices.
  • Promotes and sells a portfolio of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers.
  • Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
  • Processing orders and creating quotes for customers sending ETA’s.
  • Develops business and calls out on opportunities with new and/or existing customers to develop new sales and relationships.
  • Driving platform adoption, building, positioning, and selling new and advanced solutions, programs, and services.
  • Profile partners to analyze the viability of alternative business development opportunities.
  • Be part of the inside sales team and manage day-to-day customer inquiries, activities, and sales in a high-volume capacity.

What you Bring to the Role:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong skills in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to a positive team culture.
  • Ability to think creatively and address challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques, industry changes, and evolving customer needs.
  • Motivated, positive attitude, results-driven adaptable to change, and strong work ethic.
  • General proficiency with various tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job.
