REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, finance, SPM implementation and administration, and B2B SaaS
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining calculations for large data sets using spreadsheets or database models
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable. Demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a passionate new team member to join our Customer Experience team as a Professional Services Consultant. Our Professional Services team provides implementation and one-time services to our customers, ensuring they derive optimal benefits from CaptivateIQ. As a Professional Services Consultant, you will understand customer requirements, design and build customized solutions, train the customer, and ensure successful project delivery through deployment to end users.

This person will accelerate their skill in a data model and incentive compensation. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with customers and other members of the Professional Services team to deliver best-in-class professional services to our customers.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Understand customer plan requirements and design system configurations maximizing modeling efficiency and repeatability.
  • Assist customers throughout the testing phase of implementation.
  • Train and consult customers on how to become experts with our platform.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials, documentation, and best practices to support team growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer success, product development, and support to ensure a cohesive approach to customer solutions.
