Description:

Your responsibilities

  • Facilitate and deliver product and solution training for our Medical Endoscopy business to ensure customer-facing employees (e.g. sales representatives) are qualified to highest level.
  • Your training areas will include topics such as human anatomy and diseases, medical procedures, products, technologies, service, and sales-related aspects such as selling skills, sales process, and tools.
  • Conduct interactive face-to-face training sessions (up to multiple weeks) and further apply blended learning approaches by including live online modules, preparatory material, and others.
  • Develop training materials such as online lessons, tutorials, manuals, presentations, and interactive activities. Regularly update these materials and collaborate with relevant parties (e.g. Business Units, digital learning or quality) during the content creation phase when needed.
  • Identify training needs and develop, implement, evaluate, and continuously improve trainings within your area of expertise.
  • Design and perform both interim and post-training knowledge and skill assessments to measure the impact and effectiveness of your training sessions.
  • Engage actively with business and functional stakeholders across various levels, ensuring that initiatives align with both immediate requirements and overarching strategic goals.
  • Active participation in, or driving learning and development focused projects.
  • Drive engagement and motivation among participants using a variety of adult learning methods, supporting trainees throughout their learning journey, and creating the right business acumen.
  • Utilizing your expertise to facilitate and assist in learning and development measures across an employee’s career span, from initial onboarding to continuous learning and certification processes.

Your qualification

  • University degree in adult education, business, medical, psychology, or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of considerable experience in a trainer role, preferably in medical devices
  • Previous sales experience, or at least a good understanding, would be an advantage
  • Affinity and enthusiasm for medical technology
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills
  • Ability to quickly understand and learn complex topics, and effectively adapt them to suit different learning needs
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to drive group engagement
  • Business acumen
  • Experience and competence in digital training technologies would be advantageous
  • Team player & partnership attitude towards all colleagues
  • Can-do-attitude, a proactive and structured working style
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, further languages are beneficial
  • Willingness to travel mainly in the EMEA region (up to approx. 20%)
