Description:

Your responsibilities

  • You perform, develop, and continuously improve sales training’s with focus on products, procedures and sales for internal staff (sales representatives, product managers and local trainers)
  • Your training covers on-boarding training as well as continuous learning for our sales organizations
  • You develop and implement new training concepts
  • You develop and update blended-learning material
  • You evaluate the success of trainings and their sustainability as well as the quality of trainings
  • You partner with our EMEA Product Management

Your qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Education Science or Psychology
  • Highly skilled in media competencies for online as well as on-site training and the creation of training material
  • Basic medical background
  • Preferable experience as a trainer in the medical field, specifically in surgery and Surgical Devices
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Affinity and enthusiasm for medical technology
  • High communication and teaching skills
  • Excellent organization and presentation skills
  • Team player
  • Willingness to Travel
