REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 4 years previous experience in corporate finance, specifically in Pricing or Profit Management with IT products and Services
- Minimum Bachelor, preferred Master Degree Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent, Relevant Post graduate finance qualification
- Experience in IT Sales on end-user or channel business preferable
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills across all seniority levels in an organisation.
- High level of proficiency in Excel, and other office applications
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial/commercial analysis and sign off on all Public Sector, Large Enterprise and Mid Market opportunities within delegation level.
- Create, develop and present business cases for commercial bids to CFO in an accurate, timely and audit compliant manner, based on analysis of the bid information provided by sales.
- Advise Regional CFO and GM on the appropriate course of action on all EPS bid proposals.
- Lead the Commercial / financial proposal for all large strategic deals within Enterprise and Public Sector.
- Ensure due diligence around price point setting through a thorough understanding of the opportunity and the internal/external factors affecting the decision, flagging any potential compliance issues.
- Provide assessment of risk factors in strategic deals, and feed back into sales management decision process.
- Manage and consolidate the EMEA Business Unit large deal funding process for the region.
- Responsible for the local region deal funding allocation, consolidation, tracking, and input into quarter end results.
- Engage, and develop relationships, with regional business leaders & sales teams to obtain a deeper understanding of the local business.
- Challenge the sales team to optimise profitability on deals, considering historical actions and broader economic contexts.
- Liaise with external suppliers to maximise external funding opportunities into DACH deals and frameworks.
