Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support the Program Management Office with administrative support, including receiving and responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Distribute project information and reporting to project stakeholders and the organisation’s executive.
- Provide administrative support for project activity, including the sourcing of resources, booking of project meetings and workshops, taking minutes, recording actions, risks and issues on registers and receive and record consultative feedback.
- Contribute to the development of policies, frameworks and strategies in the project environment to ensure quality practice underpins the organisation project activity.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support project activity across the organisation.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience or the ability to undertake administrative support activities, including the ability to source resources and provide meeting support.
- Awareness of ACT Government policies and processes in relation to corporate governance and records management, particularly in relation to disseminating and storing information.
- Ability to communicate clearly, including the ability to write in a formal and government style.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders, and the ability to deliver high quality customer service.
- Sound organisational skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, determine priorities and demonstrate resilience in high pressure situations.
- Ability to work effectively a part of a team, and also, autonomously.
