REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum college diploma from a business-related program and a minimum of one (1) year experience in a related occupation.
- 1-2 years of proven success in customer service and administration is required.
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare program reports and documentation.
- Enter manager ok in XCAS after student grades have been approved by Campus Director. Notify Campus Director and Financial Aid Officer (FAO) of students who have multiple failing grades. Run Missing Marks reports twice per week with follow-up by Campus Director.
- Prepare and mail diploma and transcripts following the established process.
- Generate email accounts for new students.
- Provide support to students.
- Provide support to Campus Director.
- Monitor weekly attendance reports; update records on XCAS.
- Monitor weekly failed grades reports; create and issue Student Success Plans; update records on XCAS.
- Set up student orientation.
- Manage memberships for diploma programs ensuring proper paperwork is submitted.
- Plan and organize virtual graduation.
- Provide support to Campus Director, Education Consultants, Employment Specialists and Financial Aid Officers.
- Provide administrative support to support daily campus operations.
- Undertake special projects.
