Responsibilities:
- Build Governance schedules and formats for the executive team;
- Help the program directors build their program governance presentations in PowerPoint;
- Communicate and build strong relationships with various members of the management team to coordinate governances;
- Analyze, monitor, and control the budgetary envelopes of the Program team;
- Manage budget governance and prepare the necessary content (Key indicators, Variations, Risks & Opportunities);
- Help define and maintain a governance calendar for the management team;
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities to define a new work tool and standardize templates;
- Work in a multi-functional environment in which you interact with all levels of management.
