Responsibilities:

  • Build Governance schedules and formats for the executive team;
  • Help the program directors build their program governance presentations in PowerPoint;
  • Communicate and build strong relationships with various members of the management team to coordinate governances;
  • Analyze, monitor, and control the budgetary envelopes of the Program team;
  • Manage budget governance and prepare the necessary content (Key indicators, Variations, Risks & Opportunities);
  • Help define and maintain a governance calendar for the management team;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities to define a new work tool and standardize templates;
  • Work in a multi-functional environment in which you interact with all levels of management.
