POSITION STATEMENT/SUMMARY:
Vistant often offers opportunities for qualified mid to senior-level program analysts. These roles typically support the U.S. Agency for International Development or the U.S. Department of State.
Program Analyst roles with Vistant typically involve providing support to technical staff and performing a wide range of analytical and/or administrative duties.
EXPERIENCE MAY INCLUDE
- 3-5 years (minimum) of relevant experience in a professional office setting; preference will be given to applications with prior relevant U.S. government or federal contracting experience.
EDUCATION MAY INCLUDE
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited college or university in a relevant field of study.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS
- US Citizenship and eligibility to obtain and/or maintain a “Secret” level security clearance. This involves a background investigation that requires completion of an SF-86 form. Responsibilities:
- Supports the delivery of high-quality advisory support services to the supporting federal agency operating unit(s).
- Maintains/or provides assistance with administrative and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) tracking systems, and assists in the design and maintenance of spreadsheets and databases to support these systems.
- Researches, plans, analyzes, and organizes technical and/or statistical information and develops data for use in briefings, publications, and reports.
- In partnership with implementing partners, develops and tests analysis and assessment frameworks.
- Identifies, suggests, and packages data, findings, case studies, and success stories as appropriate for outward-facing learning, reporting, communications, and outreach. Under the guidance of an assigned supervisor, relays those findings to Agency colleagues and implementing partner counterparts overseeing revision and dissemination.
- Helps design, plan, coordinate, and deliver in-person and virtual trainings, workshops, brown bags, community practice meetings, and webinars.
- Prepares, reviews, and revises correspondence, reports, proposals, or other documents related to work assignments.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
