Employee Working Location : In-person (St. Catharines, ON)
Employment Status : Temporary Part-Time (12 Months)
Salary Band : $21,436 - $26,793 / year or ($19.63 - $24.54 / hour)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for auditing, validating and submitting volunteer reimbursements to Supervisor.
- Works with Supervisor to accurately report Driver hours in the electronic timecard system.
- Assists Supervisor with booking and confirming Drivers’ schedules.
- Supports the operations when necessary with data input.
- Supports multi-site operations remotely when necessary.
- Gathers information on community programing and resources.
- Provide program information to clients and/or refer them to appropriate program staff or community partner.
- Responds to volunteer inquiries and assists with application forms, program information.
- Engages in retaining volunteers with events, feedback and communication.
- Support Supervisor to compile monthly reports as required.
- Reviews and monitors organizational standards of practice to minimize risk to client, volunteer and staff.
- Supports the Supervisor in facilitating the Driver training.
- Promotes and encourages staff participation in activities that foster a safer work environment.
