Description:
EDUCATION:
Education: Knowledge of key principles in a science, computer science, engineering, or math discipline.
EXPERIENCE:
One (1) year of experience working in engineering and STEM outreach programming. Experience with program administration, event logistics, and budget tracking. Experience creating and maintaining complex registration processes and databases.

Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to show initiative and problem solve.

Responsibilities:
The Program Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to k2i academy’s programs working with program participants, school boards, educators, community organizations, and industry partners, along with k2i academy staff. The role will support k2i operational and programming functions, including scheduling, workshop and materials planning, program registration, and pre- and post-program evaluation for program streams offered both in-person and virtually.
