Description:

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering, Supply Chain, or other relevant degrees.
  • Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • At least 2-5 years of related experience in a Customer Service related field.
  • Meticulous in managing customers’ pricing/quotations so as to achieve maximum business profits for the company
  • Ability to think out-of-the-box and address customers’ queries with win-win solutions between internal and external departments.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities under extremely tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

To manage capacity planning, build a plan, pack out, and shipment.

  • Daily monitoring of shipment schedule.
  • Follow up on the production shipment status.
  • Feedback to the customer on shipment time.

To schedule orders, load the manufacturing site, and follow up with manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery to meet the current delivery commitment date to our customer.

  • Weekly/Monthly production schedule planning.
  • Liaise with customers and production on the shipment plan.
  • Work with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Supplier to expedite incoming materials.
  • Serves as Buddy Checker to Purchasing to ensure accuracy in the purchase of materials
  • To serve as an effective liaison window between the company and customers in all matters pertaining to quality, delivery, service & new business.
  • To establish and implement effective procedures with the Planning, Logistics & Shipping, and Production Departments to ensure on-time delivery to the customer.
  • To be the sales representative to develop customer forecast demand and to rationalize the customer demand in order to properly define the forecast.
  • To track supplier performance, customer satisfaction, and production KPI.
  • To handle and manage RMA issues.
  • To work on RFQ, tracking of RFQ (with sales), and following up with customers. To periodically report to Top Management on customer satisfaction performance, sales revenue performance, sales forecast, and progress of new business activities.
