Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Australian Unity are going through an exciting transformation in delivering integrated healthcare solutions for in-home, community and virtual settings
The Program Capability Manager is to oversee and support the successful planning and implementation of the learning program across 6,000 Home Health employees. The role will develop and execute project plans, overseeing human, logistic and financial resources (internal and external) to ensure the Learning program delivers against the program expectations, including regular progress updates.
KEY CAPABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE:
- 15 years experience in a senior learning role demonstrating experience leading cross functional teams
- Experience leading through a significant organisational transformation
- Experience working in Healthcare
- Experience of managing competing needs and prioritisating activities in line with strategic goals
- Decision making and problem solving in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment
- The ability to create both strategic frameworks and oversee detailed work to identify issues and mitigations
- Ability to oversee the learning programs end to end and identify opportunities to create a seamless learning experience
- Build collaborative working relationships in a matrix organisation
- Time management and prioritisation of learning activities in consultation with subject matter experts
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and deployment of learning governance process across Home Health
- Manage all learning requests within the Education Portal, ensuring that SLA’s are developed and met and troubleshooting to support consistent capability
- Identify strategic opportunities for streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, and enhancing efficiency using automation tools and technologies. Build and progress approval for Business Cases to support new ways of learning
- Create and oversee a Home Health evaluation framework, ensuring learning outcomes are achieved and insights applied across all Cardea learning initiatives\
- Maintain and manage Learning completion protocols, monitor completion status, and collaborate with People Leaders across the network to address any non-completion issues effectively
- Utilise and understand the systems (Salesforce, PeopleConnect, ServiceNow, UKG and Donesafe) in sufficient depth to promote enhancements or improvements in systems to deliver a better capability and skills outcome for the new operating model
- Monitor and report learning completion for all mandatory compliance modules to the Clinical and Care Governance Forum
