Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

- Pedagogical Competence: Knowledge of contemporary pedagogical practices in music education, which would be valuable for implementing innovative teaching methods and enhancing student learning experiences.

Responsibilities:
As the Program Coordinator of the School of Music, this position involves supporting the strategic oversight and operational management of the Music program, aligning educational practices with the strategic goals of the college under the guidance of the Dean and/or the Chief Academic Officer. The role emphasizes leadership in curriculum development, faculty management, and student success, ensuring the program adheres to the highest standards of music education. The Program Coordinator oversees operational management, budget planning, semester planning, and ongoing communication with academic staff and students.
