Description:

Are you looking for the next step in your career? Due to an Internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Program Coordinator join the Integration Management Office in this permanent role.
This role is responsible for building and fostering productive and value-producing relationships with business units and the cross-functional program delivery teams. This includes responsibilities and accountabilities for supporting, co-ordinating and facilitating the completion of activities across the integration enabling and facilitating a cohesive and collaborative work dynamic.

Specifically, you will:

  • Act as the connector, orchestrator and key point of support and co-ordination between the Integration Management Office, business units and program delivery teams.
  • In conjunction with the Integration Management Office, facilitate high level enterprise and strategic analysis to ensure programs are set up for success, objectives are achievable, and benefits can be realised.
  • Conduct workshops and undertake in-depth analysis and modelling to develop insights, conclusions and recommendations to support key decision makers within the business.
  • Provide impartial, disciplined, and structured support to the Integration Management Office in the execution of all components of the integration.
  • Develop constructive and collaborative relationships with staff at every level within the respective business units and support areas to maintain delivery velocity.
  • Provide input into, and support for, resource capacity vs. demand vs. capability forecasting and planning including the co-ordination and submission of Integration specific resources requests to the nominated committee for endorsement to address identified gaps.
  • Meet your duty of care, ensuring that WHS is embedded within daily activities, that the requirements of Heritage and People’s Choice Policies and Procedures are adhered to, and that a physically and psychologically safe environment is maintained, actively promoting and role modelling safe work behaviours.
  • Support the Integration Management Office with general administrative activities enabling the successful execution of the Integration Roadmap and Blueprint
  • Coordination, data collation and preparation of papers/submissions for provision to governance committees including meeting scheduling, support, and minute records management.
