Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Data Lead to take charge of both application integration and data migration components of their project. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, including SAP S/4 Public Cloud and SAP Success Factors, and to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation’s data architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for redeveloping approximately 80 existing interfaces on the new finance system, as well as around 10 interfaces for the HR systems. Additionally, they will oversee two major components of data migration: migrating various opening balances across to SAP S/4 and migrating historical data to an enterprise analytics/warehouse platform for operational reporting purposes.

As a Program Data Lead, you will be at the forefront of our client’s technological advancement. You will take charge of both application integration and data migration components of their project, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of their data architecture. Your responsibilities will include redeveloping approximately 90 interfaces on new systems such as SAP S/4 Public Cloud and SAP Success Factors. Furthermore, you will oversee two significant aspects of data migration: transferring various opening balances across to SAP S/4 and migrating historical data to an enterprise analytic/warehouse platform. Take overall delivery lead for both application integration and data migration components of the project
Be responsible for integration/data architecture & overall solution designs for both integration & data migration
Redevelop approximately 80 existing interfaces on the new finance system (SAP S/4 Public Cloud)
Redevelop around 10 interfaces for the HR systems based on SAP Success Factors
Migrate various opening balances across to SAP S/4
Migrate historical data to an enterprise analytic/warehouse platform for operational reporting purposes

WHAT YOU BRING:

The ideal Program Data Lead will bring a wealth of experience in leading application integration and data migration projects. You will have a strong understanding of integration/data architecture and overall solution designs, with specific experience in SAP S/4 Public Cloud and SAP Success Factors. Proven experience in leading application integration and data migration projects
Strong knowledge of integration/data architecture & overall solution designs
Experience with SAP S/4 Public Cloud and SAP Success Factors
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results within tight deadlines
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
