Responsibilities:
The Program Delivery Lead flies the flag for best-in-class experience for our partners, leveraging the tools in your tool kit to land at the sweet spot for ‘ways of working’. It plays a key role in the collaboration that drives business growth and enhances organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
Working closely across multiple teams internally and translating effective solutions to our external partners, you will establish mutually beneficial partnerships to define project objectives, allocate resources effectively and ensure the exceptional execution of priority projects.
This role is hugely focussed on the partnership experience, fostering trusted strategic relationships with key stakeholders and their delivery counterpart, consult to enhance and grow product and service offerings, co-design and build new program features and capabilities to defend and maintain the program goals for the partner.
