Responsibilities:
The Program Delivery Specialist will be responsible for delivery of key strategic priorities within the Accelerator (including Jimmy Brings, Langton’s, Shorty’s Liquor). The objective of each program will vary across both growth and optimisation, depending on management direction
You will partner with senior stakeholders & external partners to solve customer and team problems end-to-end, playing a pivotal role in championing agile and growth mindsets to embed impactful and purposeful change

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Partner with Accelerator leadership team on the creation of key strategic programs and the detailed plans to execute including thorough assessments of customers, team and financial impacts
- Deliver end to end programs of work from design to delivery as it relates to achieving the strategic priorities of the Accelerator brands & capabilities
- Responsible for understanding the risk environment as it relates to program delivery across the Accelerator, including the identifying of risks and dependencies along with evaluating effective mitigation plans
- Accountable for providing program updates to senior leaders and broader endeavour stakeholders including both verbal and written communication methods in formal settings
- Build, influence and shape change capabilities across the ecosystem of accelerator businesses, acting as an objective leader who operates with endeavour group’s best interests at hand
- Act as a change agent for endeavour group, supporting wider group initiatives and their involvement with the Accelerator brands, effectively creating more time for accelerator brand leadership teams to focus on their portfolios
- Actively pursue business development opportunities through engagement with external parties that help delivery growth objectives and support group wide initiatives
Qualifications

- Experience in working with external partners
- Experience in managing change in a disrupted environment
- Technology and digital experience
- Experience in retail, digital or adjacent industries
- Exposure as a project manager in a large organisation
- Exposure to and delivery of growth initiatives
