The ideal candidate will have equivalent experience in a similar senior capacity, exceptional leadership abilities are crucial, enabling the guidance and empowerment of teams to successfully deliver outcomes, overcoming obstacles.

  • Stakeholder Management - you are experienced at leading and influencing a range of business, technical and partner stakeholders to deliver value and change at speed. You always hold yourself and others accountable.
  • Governance and Planning - you know how to optimise the valuable investments made into the Business & Agri ecosystem for safe and on time delivery of benefits to customers, bankers, and the enterprise.
  • Vendor Management - you have a strong track record of managing multiple 3rd party vendors to deliver outcomes (in both time and materials and fixed price arrangements) and know what needs to be in place to ensure a productive and commercial relationship.
  • Banking - you have a deep understanding of the methods and points of value in delivering to a modern Business and Agri division and for commercial oriented banking customers.
  • Execution & Problem Solving - you make well-considered decisions, plan and deliver quality outcomes. You love to problem-solve and act with integrity. You have demonstrated capability in handling complex technology and trade-offs to achieve project and commercial goals.
  • Innovative & Transformative - you constructively challenge the status quo and offers alternatives. Seeking to improve ways of working and being open to new ideas and experiences comes naturally.
