The Program Director will play a key leadership role in a company-wide program office that supports the expansion of our shared services offerings in Europe, Americas and longer term for Asia Pacific. In this capacity, they will act as a change leader across interpersonal silos, supporting business-critical initiatives that impact a broad cross-section of strategic and financial important metrics outlined as core objectives of the program. The job holder is accountable for the project management of transition activities, collaborating with program leadership and other workstreams, establishing a positive relationship with program sponsors and collaborators, ensuring a coordinated approach between sending sites, the program enablement team and the delivery centers.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably business related.
- Proficiency of the English language (verbal and written).
- Strong commercial orientation with confirmed experience in a shared services environment.
- Strong understanding and ability to apply Project, Program and Portfolio Management Principles.
- Validated experience in leading large-scale transformation projects in a highly sophisticated, geographically dispersed environment.
- Shown success in building collaborative partner relationships with a wide range of collaborators.
- Outstanding ability to identify and tackle sophisticated problems.
- Ability to operate independently and leading through ambiguity and change, and capable of balancing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to handle highly critical information in line with confidentiality expectations.
