The Role
We’re looking to recruit a Program Leader in our Oradea office to manage the development and execution of transition programs and projects, principally into EMEA region but may also include Plexus manufacturing sites globally.
In this role, you will collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to support business development solutions and new programs. You will be a great communicator, who is able to build relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders and departments.
You will possess a strong background in project or program management, with the ability to effectively utilize project management tools, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure seamless execution for our valued customers.
This position presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced project manager with manufacturing expertise to join our team in our Oradea office. Please note that there will be an element of travel associated with this role, up to 25%, however this depends on the needs of the business (this may also include international travel).
Education/Experience Qualifications:
Ideally you will hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. It would be advantageous if you have PMI Membership with PMP Certification preferred (or equivalent project management training).
