These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule.
Provide support to program management team of the Ship Self Defense System (SSDS) Combat System Engineering Agent (CSEA) contract. Responsibilities include support the PM and Deputy PM with level of effort rate management, staffing, assist with and review proposal and estimate inputs for additional capabilities, and assist with presentation development for customer and internal meetings. The individual will provide support for program management reviews (PMRs) and various other site standup and review meetings.
The candidate selected for this position would manage the cost, schedule, and technical scope for multiple control accounts. The candidate must have the ability to continuously stay on top of an evolving program as new proposal requests are received and contracts are modified. In this role as a CAM, this person would be required to develop status, forecast values, update schedules, and provide management financial information to make effective decisions. Ensure positive Earned Value Management System (EVMS) measures are maintained.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Manage and support the flow of information to members of the SSDS program management team via Dx methodologies and applications.
  • Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents, and prepared background documents as necessary.
  • Presents at senior leadership briefings on EVMS status of all cost accounts.
  • Responsible for Variance and Data Driven Metrics analysis/writing.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
Experience with proposal management
Familiarity with LM RMS genBOE, P2P tool sets
Prior Cost/Control Account Management (CAM) Experience
Demonstrated CAM expertise with CPIF contracts (both LOE and Fixed Fee)
Ability to obtain a “Secret” security clearance

DESIRED SKILLS:

Experience with military proposals
Previous experience with BOE authoring and/or Proposal Development Support
Prior with wInsight and PMM experience
Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EV or EVMS) through being a CAM or from another position.
