Description:

  • Hunter Region location (3-4 days per week in office)
    A large government end user in the Hunter Region is seeking a Program Manager for a large CRM implementation using Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a 8 month contract role, with opportunity to extend. The CRM Program Manager owns defining system requirements, processes, and data, and user experience. In this role you will help define the long-term vision of how the organisation can use CRMs to improve productivity and operate more efficiently. You will use your business judgment and technical experience to partner with a vendor to build out this tool.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of CRM or program management experience
  • Exhibits sound business judgment and a proven ability to influence others
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of presenting to senior management
  • Independent and entrepreneurial – ability to work with minimal guidance in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining and managing the CRM strategy for integrations with internal tools
  • Manage CRM features including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflows, process builders, and other 3rd party applications.
  • Partner with the managed service provider and system platform lead to deliver tailored solutions that support business requirements
  • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 in innovative ways to improve existing business processes
  • Collaborate with platform lead, business stakeholders, and SMEs to support major project roll-outs, including training and troubleshooting for end-users.
  • Manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 support requests and any escalated administrative needs of users
