EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
- Proven experience in program management, project management, or related roles, preferably within tech-companies..
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a focus on Agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team and contribute to our success.
The Program Manager will play will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our project and program management processes. Working closely with our Engineering, Data, Marketing, Research, Sales and Management teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, aligning with the organizational goals, and KPIs. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills, along with a proven track record of managing complex projects within a dynamic environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and implement program management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistent project delivery excellence.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and project teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels across all stakeholders, including executive leadership, project teams, and external partners.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.
- Facilitate project prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management processes to optimize project portfolio outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment towards common goals.
- Lead and participate in regular project status meetings, steering committees, and executive briefings to provide updates on project progress and escalate issues as needed.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, plans, status reports, and post-project reviews.
