POSITION OVERVIEW:

Brinc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in managing our accelerator program tailored to support startups in various industries. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to startups, focusing on investor readiness, market access, go-to-market strategies, tailored mentor connections, and overall fundraising support.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Program Manager role, specifically within the Middle East region.
• Fluent in Arabic (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, investment landscape, and market dynamics in the Middle East.
• Proven track record of successfully supporting startups with investor readiness, market access, and fundraising strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including startups, investors, mentors, and industry partners.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Proficiency in various project management tools like Airtable and Notion.

• Develop and execute customized accelerator programs for startups to enhance their investor readiness, market access, and go-to-market strategies.
• Identify and connect startups with suitable mentors and industry experts to provide tailored guidance and support throughout the program.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate networking opportunities, partnerships, and access to funding resources for participating startups.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor the progress of startups, identify growth opportunities, and provide necessary support.
• Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and events to enhance the skills and knowledge of startup founders and team members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for startups, addressing their concerns, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the program.
• Work closely with investors and venture capitalists to showcase the potential of participating startups and facilitate fundraising activities.
• Manage program logistics, budgeting, and reporting requirements effectively to ensure program success and sustainability.
