Description:

The following mandatory requirements, special conditions and/or other requirements apply to this role:

  • Whilst not mandatory, tertiary or postgraduate qualification/s in leadership, coaching, organisational development or another relevant discipline will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in leadership capability development, educational design and teaching in a vocational education environment will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in e-learning technology or instructional design and / or equivalent combination of relevant experience, education and training will be highly regarded.

We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:

  • Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design, delivery and e-learning technologies, including the development of learning and assessment plans, online courses, video tutorials, action learning, seminars, workshops, learning simulations and resources - preferably within the context of leadership capability development.
  • Proven ability to integrate adult learning theory, leadership capability development, and instructional design methodology into an appropriate mix of delivery media and methods through contemporary technology.
  • Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal and relationship management skills, including the ability to engage, influence and consult with a diverse range of stakeholders to negotiate quality project outcomes.
  • Demonstrated high levels of creativity, innovation and design thinking, including the ability to research and critically assess information and clearly articulate concepts from a strategic perspective.
  • Proven highly developed project management skills including the ability to set priorities, work independently, under pressure, achieve deadlines and successfully manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
