Description:
JOB SUMMARY
The Program Manager will be responsible for developing and managing incident management programs and initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal policies and procedures. The Program Manager will join Chloeta’s Incident Management Support team.

Compensation:
Chloeta reserves the right to offer any candidate above or below the listed compensation amount based on experience or business needs.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Deep understanding of incident management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience in emergency response or a related field, with a strong understanding of incident command systems.
- Ability to effectively plan, execute, and manage projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk assessment.
- Familiarity with incident management software, data analysis tools, and other relevant technologies.
- Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to incident management.
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks related to incident management activities.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Required: Master’s degree in business management, business administration, accounting, finance, or related field with a minimum of Four (4) years of experience as a Program Manager for a Human Services or Emergency Management Safety OR
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, accounting, finance, or related field with minimum of Six (6) years of Professional experience
- Required: Experience in program management for federal, state, county, or tribal human services and/or emergency management departments, agencies, or organizations
- Preferred: Project Management Professional, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner certification
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, etc.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:
- Develops and manages incident management programs and initiatives for agency.
- Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure effective incident response and management.
- Develops and implements incident management policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manages resources, including personnel, equipment, and technology, to support incident management activities.
- Develops and conducts training and exercises for agency personnel.
- Prepares reports and documentation related to incident management activities.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Provides leadership and guidance to a team of incident management professionals.
