As the Program Manager - Community Navigation, you will play a pivotal role in individuals’ lives, making a significant impact through:

• Maintain statistics monthly, quarterly, and annually as required to meet all internal and external requirements
• Provide supervision to staff regarding client needs and service provision according to funding source requirements
• In conjunction with supervisor, conducts continuous improvement process and performance evaluations for staff on an ongoing basis.
• Participate in trainings, attend appropriate community meetings and events, and assist in community education, outreach, and technical assistance as needed.
• Ensure the confidentiality of client information and instill the importance of confidentiality in all staff and volunteers.

Program Manager - Community Navigation Minimum Salary: $25.00
Program Manager - Community Navigation Maximum Salary: $25.00
Program Manager - Community Navigation Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-4

Qualifications:

• This position requires local travel in personal car
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Associate Degree in Human Services or a related field with 2 years of supervisory experience
• OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with 2 years supervisory experience
• 1-3 years of experience working with a diverse population
