The North America Digital Portfolio Management (aka Portfolio Governance and Planning) team is a key part of the overall Global Digital, OMNI & Guest Support Team. The Portfolio Governance & Planning function enables effective, efficient, consistent planning and governance of work and initiatives across all Global Digital, Omni and Guest Support portfolios and cross-functional teams in tight partnership with technology and our business partners.
a day in the life: key responsibilities

The Program Manager, Digital Portfolio Management will support the NA Digital Portfolio enabling key programs and initiatives. This role will partner with key cross-functional teams to deliver work across our digital and ecommerce business.

  • Support the enablement of a governance model and programs to ensure oversight and standardization of initiatives across NA Digital.
  • Develop, manage and coordinate maintenance of an annual calendar of key events, milestones and deadlines that span across all NA Digital teams.
  • Partner closely with Technology Portfolio Management to manage, optimize, and continue to evolve our Quarterly Planning process and activities across 50+ scrum teams.
  • Support the governance and coordination for intake and planning programs that span across NA Digital.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for senior leadership team to assess portfolio health, review risks, and make informed decisions to steer work across NA Digital.
  • Partner closely with other functional portfolio leaders and technology stakeholders to enable consistent shared ways of working.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards to elevate processes and tools in support of the team, the quality of the work, and the efficiency of how the team operates.
  • Support and participate in a Community of Practice for all program management resources.
  • Facilitate delivery of programs/projects that span multiple portfolios and/or include multiple cross-functional partners.
  • Work with your Manager, to continuously assess, investigate and improve Portfolio Governance & Planning processes supporting the Digital and Ecommerce teams.

qualifications

  • Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university in business operations or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • 5+ years of related experience in program management and change management, preferably in vertically integrated, global, retail environments
  • Experience working with technical systems and/or technical teams and/or agile scrum seen as an asset.
  • Strong understanding of Product Management, Technology, Ecommerce, and Retail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional relationship-building skills
  • Ability to drive results independently and collaboratively as a team player.
  • Has a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting and acting on productive feedback.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500- $135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
