Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Technical Program Manager to join Domain on a full-time basis. In this new role in the Project Governance and Advisory function, you will be responsible for providing expert Agile program management to a multi-year Technology, Product and Data transformation program that will shape the future of our organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with C-suite Group Leaders and Business Unit leaders to enable a key strategic pillar of Domain Group’s marketplace strategy. Given you will be leading the execution of the largest Domain’s strategic initiative and frequently engaging with C-Suite and Business Unit leaders, you will have an unique opportunity to develop and grow your career.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for delivering program/projects according to agreed objectives, plans, and budget on behalf of the Program Sponsor.
  • Establish Agile mechanisms to track benefits realisation across Technology, Product, and Data during and post-completion of the Evolve program.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of deliverables to realise transformation benefits as planned.
  • Create a collaborative program management culture, organising Agile ceremonies for lean and effective performance of the Evolve Transformation team.
  • Identify, manage, plan, and coordinate activities and resources across the Evolve Program.
  • Engage key stakeholders and cascade program progress throughout delivery.
  • Establish an enterprise portfolio view to capture and manage dependencies across all programs of work
