Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Program Manager to support program management in Technology on the Early Careers team. This position is part of the Talent and Performance Management group within Human Resources.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee (as part of a team) our Technology early career programs providing coordination between line of business host managers, campus recruiting, HR Business Partners, Compensation and Line of Business program liaisons
- Collect, analyze, and provide data and recommendations to business leaders/managers on various areas of the program as well as develop metrics and track performance of the early talent programs
- Communicate to senior leaders on program progress to goals (program changes, hiring, diversity, retention, strategic initiatives)
- Participate on early talent planning workstreams and project teams with other Technology Early Careers Program Managers
- Plan, organize, & facilitate, events for interns and analysts
- Remain current on internal and external practices that drive greater retention, engagement, and professional development
- Ensure Diversity & Inclusion is a key component thread throughout program participant recruiting, experiences, and training
- Support core and common initiatives through developing, planning and executing on all elements of the core and common strategy for assigned programs within Early Careers
- Collaborate to develop the foundation and structure of the strategy that assigned program participants will engage in and work closely with the early careers firmwide Program Manager, and assigned Program Management team to align priorities with engagement efforts and initiatives
