Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The ECLIPSE Program Manager will oversee a team of home visitors, mental health consultants. and early learning professionals work with children and families enrolled in the ECLIPSE Program. The aim of the program is to implement best practices of early intervention for mental health and early learning, which addresses the social, emotional, behavioral and development needs of children to prepare them for kindergarten and provide resources to address the complex trauma of the child and needs of families. The ECLIPSE Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing, communicating, implementing, and coordinating all components of the ECLIPSE program and contract. The ECLIPSE Program Manager will work in partnership of the Regional Director of Provider Services to identify opportunities for growth and expansion of ECLIPSE services throughout the eight counties of Central Washington.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position normally requires that physical demands of standing, walking, bending, lifting or performing other work requiring low physical exertion, talking and hearing on a regular basis to perform the job requirements. These physical demands are required up to 80% of the time. Position also requires ability to drive with adequate vision and skill.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related degree required
- MSW or Master’s degree in Behavioral Science preferred
- Child Mental Health Specialist preferred
EXPERIENCE
- 5 years’ experience in providing supervision and/or early learning services with progressive administrative responsibility
SPECIAL SKILLS
- Expertise in Infant Early Childhood Mental Health and trauma-informed treatment approaches
- Ability to work with clients and staff in a culturally competent manner
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to successfully lead a diverse team and work collaboratively in a clinical and early learning setting
