Description:

Manages the day to day activities of the program. Manages the patient flow, subject recruitment, and study assessment visits under the supervision of the PI/Director. Oversees research assistants and temporary employees, as they assembles, administers, and implements research and clinical protocols.

  • Collects phone screens and intake materials and provide them to team psychologists for eligibility review and screen all collected data and intake materials for missing items. Oversees collection of assessment data, intake materials, and routine outcome monitoring.
  • Manages the communication with families seeking clinical services in the Summer Treatment Program (STP) and Saturday Treatment Program (STP). Oversees the implementation of group treatment programs and implementation of individual family treatment services.
  • Oversees the purchasing and reconciling study materials for the Summer Treatment Program (STP) and oversees distribution of incentives (e.g., gift cards) to study participants as needed. Serves as the University’s credit card user for departmental transactions. Adheres to University’s credit card policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates all aspects of the program and associated research projects pertaining to recruitment, compliance with project timeline and progress, compliance with NIH and FIU regulations, and outreach activities.
  • Supervises project staff and monitor project staff performance. Assists with clinical evaluations and oversight of data collection activities.
  • Oversees data repository and recruitment reporting as needed.
  • Serves as a liaison between the STP and the Center for Children and Families.
  • Ensures that staff and trainees are aware of grant protocols and is in accordance with grant and project timeline.
  • Assists the Principal Investigator in short and long-range resource planning for the STP and associated research projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate specialization and four (4) years of related experience, or Master’s degree in an appropriate specialization and two (2) years related experience.
