Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE:
To take ownership for the strategy, development and execution of key go-to-market commercially focused marketing solutions/programmes aligned to TD SYNNEX’s business and commercial objectives.
Liaising between European Business Managers/Vendor Managers and countries to create solutions/programmes that are designed to drive growth into partners and end-customers and deliver the maximum Return On Investment (ROI).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the driving force behind multi-channel marketing programs, you’ll be responsible for their end-to-end development, execution, and performance tracking, ensuring maximum impact on both partners and end-users. Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you’ll address operational and performance issues with precision and professionalism, keeping our business running smoothly.
Your role extends beyond mere execution - you’ll conduct comprehensive program reviews, evaluating progress, identifying risks, and crafting effective mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholders. Leveraging insights gained from performance learnings, you’ll continuously optimize programs to drive business impact and fuel sustainable growth.
A pivotal aspect of this role is spearheading the internal adoption and promotion of TD SYNNEX’s program methodology within vendor/solution marketing planning and execution. Drawing on your expertise, you’ll identify marketing best practices ripe for scaling and packaging for EMEA-wide adoption, driving consistency and excellence across the region.
Collaborating with our broader Marketing team, you’ll establish standards to enhance the quality and efficiency of demand generation activities, facilitating measurable and trackable results across Europe. Moreover, you’ll ensure that programs seamlessly integrate into the Business Planning process for Solution and Vendor Businesses, cementing their role as integral drivers of our strategic objectives.
