• Manage Global Compliance & Risk projects and programs following project management frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to build relative priorities and dependencies of all deliverables, ensuring expectations are being met.
• Work with the Global Compliance & Risk Senior Leadership Team to create, identify, define, and document best practices and improvements related to the program with clear accountability and success measures.
• Identify metrics to track success against established SLAs, delivering a crisp set of routines that focus on clear and regular communication across the Global Compliance & Risk organization.
• Provide a comprehensive executive summary regarding program status, actions in place for addressing any open issues, key prioritization decisions, and individual project updates.
• Support other Global Compliance & Risk program work as needed.
